In a hot, lightly oiled frying pan, sear the burger over high heat for 45 seconds on each side. Continue cooking over medium heat, turning frequently.

Place the burgers on a lightly oiled hot plancha. Turn the burgers frequently during cooking.
Cooking time: 5 min.

Place the burgers on the hot grill. Sear them for 30 seconds, then rotate them 1/4 turn and sear them again for 30 seconds to get even grill marks. Turn the burgers over and repeat on the other side. Continue cooking for the time indicated, turning frequently.
In keeping with our environmental commitments, we do not use soy in our products.

Our plant-based burger contains 16% protein, which is the same as an animal meat burger.

Excellent question! The cooking method for our plant-based products is the same as for animal-based meat. Our products can be cooked in a pan, in the oven, on a plancha or on a barbecue. To ensure the best experience in terms of taste, smell and texture, refer to the cooking advice indicated on the packaging or on our product pages.
