  • 2 buns
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp. mustard
  • 2 slices of cheddar
  • rocket

Follow the steps

Step 1

Cut the pepper into quarters, the zucchini into slices and the onion into rings. Arrange the vegetables on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and bake at 220 ° C for 20 minutes.
