Ingredients for 4 persons
- 1 container of ACCRO plant-based nuggets
- 4 tortillas
- 50 g of feta cheese
- 100 g of black olive tapenade
- 20 cl of olive oil
- 1 sprig of thyme
- 50 g cooked chickpeas
- 1 courgette
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 red onion
- sun-dried tomatoes

Cut the feta cheese into cubes and marinate in olive oil and thyme. Cut the bell pepper into quarters and slice the courgette into rounds.
Preheat oven to 220° C. Arrange the vegetables on a rack, drizzle with olive oil and roast for 15 minutes.
Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into cubes. Put the feta cheese and the marinade, the sun-dried tomatoes and the chickpeas in a frying pan and cook over low heat for 3 minutes.
Spread the tapenade, grilled vegetables and chickpea mixture on the tortillas.
Add the ACCRO nuggets, rocket and a few slices of red onion.
Roll the wraps up tightly and cut them in half.
