Cooking instructions:

IN A FRYING PAN

Total cooking time: 4½ minutes

🍳 In a hot, lightly oiled frying pan
🕐 Sear over high heat for 45 seconds on each side. Continue cooking over medium heat, turning frequently.

IN THE OVEN

Cooking time: 6½ minutes

Place the ACCRO plant-based breaded cutlets in an oven safe dish and bake in the middle of the oven for 6½ minutes.
