Suitable for flexitarians / veg
To make a vegan recipe, replace the Parmesan with vegetable cheese and the pappardelle with pasta without eggs.
Ingredients for 2-3 people
- 300 g of plant-based meatballs ACCRO
- 200 g of pappardelle dough
- 400 g of crushed tomatoes
- 100 g green asparagus
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 sprig of thyme
- Parmesan cheese

Follow the steps
In a casserole dish, sweat the chopped onion in olive oil for 3 minutes, add the crushed tomatoes. Salt, add the thyme and garlic. Cook over low heat and cover 30 min.
Filter the cooked sauce. Taste and adjust the seasoning. Stir in the ACCRO vegetable balls and add a little fresh basil. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta and coat it with the ACCRO sauce and vegetable meatballs.
Serve immediately with a little grated parmesan and enjoy!
Chef's tip: in season, you can decorate the recipe with green asparagus tips or pan-fried zucchini.
