To make a vegan recipe, replace the Parmesan with vegetable cheese and the pappardelle with pasta without eggs.

Ingredients for 2-3 people

  • 300 g of plant-based meatballs ACCRO
  • 200 g of pappardelle dough
  • 400 g of crushed tomatoes
  • 100 g green asparagus
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 sprig of thyme
  • basil
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Follow the steps

Step 1

Cook the ACCRO meatballs according to the preparation advice.

Step 2

In a casserole dish, sweat the chopped onion in olive oil for 3 minutes, add the crushed tomatoes. Salt, add the thyme and garlic. Cook over low heat and cover 30 min.

Step 3

Filter the cooked sauce. Taste and adjust the seasoning. Stir in the ACCRO vegetable balls and add a little fresh basil. Simmer for 15 minutes.

Step 4

Meanwhile, cook the pasta and coat it with the ACCRO sauce and vegetable meatballs.

Step 5

Serve immediately with a little grated parmesan and enjoy!
