It's so easy to prepare ACCRO plant-based sausages! Just pop them in a frying pan or in the oven. Whether it's to replace sausages in a tasty hot dog, or as an accompaniment to mashed potatoes, there's sure to be a recipe that will make your mouth water! There are loads of ways to enjoy our vegetarian sausages. Why not try making veggie cassoulet, sausages with lentils, sausages with aligot, or anything else you can think of!
IN A FRYING PAN
Total cooking time: 3½ minutes
In a hot, lightly oiled frying pan, sear the ACCRO plant-based sausages over high heat, turning frequently. Serve once cooked through.
IN THE OVEN
Cooking time: 6½ minutes
Preheat the oven to 190°C. Place the ACCRO vegetarian sausages on a baking sheet and bake for 6½ minutes.
