They’re made with French pea and wheat protein, rated Nutriscore A (unheard of for merguez!) and 84/100 on Yuka.

Our vegetarian merguez couldn't be easier to prepare! In a frying pan or in the oven, they'll be ready in 6 minutes! We know, it's hard to wait so long... You can replace your merguez meat in any of your favourite recipes: in a rougail sauce, in couscous, with sautéed rice, on a pizza, the possibilities are endless!

Cooking instructions:

IN A FRYING PAN

Cooking time: 3½ minutes

In a hot, lightly oiled frying pan, sear the ACCRO plant-based merguez over high heat, turning frequently. Serve once cooked through.

IN THE OVEN

Cooking time: 6½ minutes

Preheat the oven to 190°C. Place the ACCRO vegetarian merguez on a baking sheet and bake for 6½ minutes.
