We feel we should warn you. The ACCRO plant-based burger can lead to a number of reactions due to surprise. You may hear some “I mean...” or even a few “Are you kidding me?”. Followed by the baffled but delighted facial expressions of a person who has found a meat alternative with an impressive plant-based burger. A bit like a magic trick, in fact. It always has an effect, and we never stop wanting to start again! (it's all very real, we assure you)
HOW DO YOU COOK IT?
In a frying pan
Cooking time: 2 min. 30
In a hot, lightly oiled frying pan, sear the ACCRO plant-based burgers over high heat for 45 seconds on each side. Continue cooking over medium heat, 1 minute more, turning frequently. Serve once cooked through.
